Terms of service	1. PAYPAL ACCOUNT ONLY - You must use a PAYPAL account and if you CANNOT qualify for an account you may use a CREDIT or DEBIT CARD. A deposit of $50 for the first two months will be required if you cannot qualify for a PayPal account. If you do not have a Paypal account call Dean at 775-303-0543 to manually activate your membership. 2. CONFIDENTIALITY / NON-DISCLOSURE - You must not divulge pricing of unlock codes, pricing of CDMA flashing, or any other confidential information that is exclusive to Members of Unlock to Talk. 3. COPYRIGHT - All text and images on UnlocktoTalk.com are owned by Unlock to Talk, INC and may not be copied, or used in any form without the express written consent of Unlock to Talk, INC. This includes all sentences more than 4 words, and all paragraphs. 4. NON-COMPETE - You may not sell for less than the listed retail prices on UnlocktoTalk.com. 5. CANCELLATION - If you cancel your membership, or if your membership is canceled because of a failed payment, your accounts will immediately be disabled, and you will not be refunded or reimbursed for any existing balance in any accounts. This includes GSM unlock code account, and FTT Studio account. You will be granted access to your accounts when you resubscribe. To avoid accidental cancellation be sure to subscribe with a Paypal account that always has funds to cover your Membership payments. Canceled Unlock to Talk Members will be permanently banned from access to FTT Studio for CDMA flashing and UnlocktoTalk GSM unlock codes, and any remaining balances in those accounts will NOT be refunded. 6. 3 MONTH COMMITMENT - You agree to remain subscribed, and to not cancel your Membership for a minimum of 90 days. If you cancel your Membership before 90 days you agree to pay an early termination fee of $250. The early termination fee will be enforced by our legal team in your local area. 7. The CDMA flashing system does not activate phones to any network. Activation is your responsibility and is not guaranteed by us in any way. The flashing is mostly for smaller service providers who allow esns from flashed phones of the bigger providers and we are NOT responsible for the policies that may limit activating certain phones to their network and that it is NOT because the phones cannot be flashed to there frequency or a limitation of the software systems we offer. 8. AGREEMENT - By subscribing as a Member of Unlock to Talk you agree to all above terms and conditions. 9. DEALERS are required to use a credit card through a manual process for the monthly fee by calling the Member Customer Service number 775 303 0543 and providing the billing information for the card. First and last month is required as well as a months deposit. That pays you through a quarter of a year to use our systems. 10. PACKAGE: Dealers and Members have access to flashing and unlocking systems. It is understood that we ONLY provide the SYSTEMS and you agree that you understand that you are NOT just signing up for the FLASHING OR UNLOCKING aspect of our systems but the whole package including the cost to us to list your store and advertise through search engines through your usedphone stores key word and phrase ad. Members only are provided the listing, search engine ad, and link to your website to assist to move up the search engine rankings. I understand that the search engine listing and rankings is determined by Google and NOT by UnlockToTalk or Usedphone stores and by the key words and phrases that you choose to use.
